Maintain office cleanliness and appearance.
Schedule patient appointments and complete referrals.
Assist with billing and collections.
Maintain office inventory.
Respond to patient inquiries and provide information on policies, procedures, and treatments.
Answer all incoming calls in a professional manner; determine appropriate course of action based on the nature of the call; schedule and direct calls to appropriate personnel as needed; return calls in a timely manner.
Maintain office operations by completing routine tasks efficiently and promptly; performing other duties as required.
Keep front desk area neat and clean at all times.
Keep all work areas free of debris and maintain security by keeping work areas clean at all times.
Keep work area free of charge items such as promotional material, photos, etc.
Maintain confidentiality of all patient records according to HIPAA guidelines.
Other duties as assigned.
